Fall Sweepstakes

A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

 

SECTION 1 — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. A purchase or payment does not improve your odds of winning. Participation in this Sweepstakes is free. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY

The Fall Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to:

  • Legal residents of New York and Pennsylvania;

  • Individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SECTION 4 — SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins and ends as follows (all times Eastern Time / ET):

Entry Period Opens: October 12, 2026 at 5:30pm Eastern Time

Entry Period Closes: October 30, 2026 at 7:00pm Eastern Time

Drawing Date: On or about November 1, 2026

Winner Notification: On or about November 1, 2026

  • All entries must be received by the Entry Period close date and time stated above in order to be eligible.

  • Sponsor’s computer system is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

SECTION 5 — HOW TO ENTER

Both methods of entry provide an equal chance of winning, subject to total eligible entries received.

Method 1 – In-person Entry:

During the Sweepstakes Period, provide a $20 donation to a Warrior Soccer Academy representative and receive one ticket.

Limit ten entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

When donating and receiving an in-person ticket, the entrant must include the following:

  • Full first and last name

  • Valid email address

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

Method 2 - Online Entry (Free Alternate Method of Entry):

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the sweepstakes form and complete and submit the online entry form, providing all required information.

  • Limit ten online entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • Multiple accounts or email addresses may not be used to exceed the entry limit. Entries obtained in this manner will be void.

General Entry Conditions:

  • Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or computer-generated entries are not accepted.

  • All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, or illegible.

  • Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

SECTION 6 — PRIZES

The following prize(s) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes:

1st Prize (1 Winner) Winchester XTR -or- cash prize of $600

2nd Prize (1 Winner) Stevens Single Shot Turkey Shotgun -or- cash prize of $300

3rd Prize (1 Winner) Killer Instinct Crossbow -or- cash prize of $250

4th Prize (1 Winner) $100 Cooper’s Sporting Goods Gift Card -or- $75 cash prize

Prize Conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable, and non-assignable.

  • Substitution of prizes by winners is at the sole discretion of Cooper’s Sporting Goods.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

  • All federal, state, and local income taxes, and any other costs, fees, or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Prizes must be picked up by the winner at Cooper’s Sporting Goods, and are subject to a background check. If winner is unable to pass the background check, they may choose the cash prize option.

SECTION 7 — WINNER SELECTION

  • On or about November 1, 2026, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • The drawing will be conducted by Warrior Soccer Academy or its duly designated representative, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.

  • The potential winner will posted on the Warrior Soccer Academy Facebook and Instagram on or about November 1, 2026.

  • The potential winner must notify Warrior Soccer Academy of their prize chose by December 1st, 2026. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

  • Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection and all other matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

 

SECTION 8 — ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The greater the number of eligible entries received, the lower the odds of winning. No minimum number of entries is required for the Sweepstakes to proceed.

SECTION 9 — PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees an unrestricted, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and/or biographical information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s programs and activities, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

SECTION 10 — GENERAL CONDITIONS / LIABILITY RELEASE

10.1 — Right to Cancel or Modify. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud or tampering with the entry process;

  • Technical failures or malfunctions of any kind;

  • Any other cause that, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or threatens the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

10.2 — Release of Liability. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity;

  • The acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize or any portion thereof;

  • Any injury (including death), loss, or damage of any kind to persons or property.

10.3 — Not Responsible For. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and entrants release the Released Parties from all liability related to:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage-due entries;

  • Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission;

  • Theft or destruction of entries;

  • Failures of any kind, including telephone, computer, satellite, network, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions;

  • Printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes-related materials;

  • Any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes;

  • Prize delays or failures due to factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

SECTION 11 — DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

11.1 — Governing Law. Except where prohibited, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern the Sweepstakes and all matters arising out of or related to it, without reference to any conflict-of-law provisions or rules that would cause the laws of another jurisdiction to apply.

11.2 — Dispute Resolution. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

11.3 — Binding Arbitration. Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded hereunder shall be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration, and not by way of court or jury trial. ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION OF ANY KIND.

11.4 — Limitation on Claims. ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

  • Personal information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, notifying and awarding prizes to winners, and as otherwise set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

  • Personal information will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties.

  • Personal information may be shared with prize fulfillment partners and other third-party service providers acting on Sponsor’s behalf solely as necessary to conduct and administer the Sweepstakes.

SECTION 13 — VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 14 — WINNER LIST

The winner’s name will be posted at Warrior Soccer Academy on Facebook on or after November 1, 2026. Winner information will be available for at least thirty (30) days following the posting date.
